Hot Yoga offers several benefits for both mind and body. Hot Yoga, with its heated room and specific sequence of asanas, aims to positively impact every part of the body by stimulating organs, veins, ligaments, and muscles with oxygenated blood.
Hot Yoga follows a 60 sequence that includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each pose is typically repeated once or twice. Maintaining a consistent sequence in Hot Yoga offers several advantages. A fixed sequence ensures that concepts build upon each other logically, creating a coherent understanding of the practice. Repetition reinforces learning, helping students retain postures and breathing exercises more effectively and promotes measurable progression.

Chair Yoga for the Office
When we sit at our desk whether working from home or in the office, our overall posture suffers. Taking a few minutes each day to practice a few simple exercises in your chair can help to reduce the strain from sitting for long hours, alleviate lower back pain, discourage humps, reduce stress, improve mood, enhance mental clarity and increase energy levels. The mindful movements and breathing techniques help calm the mind and alleviate anxiety.
Classes can be in person or online. Contact me to find out more.
