I offer weekly classes for the elderly in Care Homes to give back to the community. We look after old, valuable paintings so we should also look after our valuable elderly with the same care and respect.
Chair yoga is designed to be accessible for the elderly regardless of level of mobility, promoting overall health and well-being.

Chair Yoga for the Office
When we sit at our desk whether working from home or in the office, our overall posture suffers. Taking a few minutes each day to practice a few simple exercises in your chair can help to reduce the strain from sitting for long hours, alleviate lower back pain, discourage humps, reduce stress, improve mood, enhance mental clarity and increase energy levels. The mindful movements and breathing techniques help calm the mind and alleviate anxiety.
